Here’s an exercise for you – list down 10 Globally recognized brands. Once you’ve done this ask yourself if the founders of these companies and people powering it right now practice the following:
- “You'd better believe it” attitude
- Make sure what you say rings true, is true, and exudes credibility.
- Be consistent. Every company needs to ensure that it is honoring its true identity; this is why branding is so important to communicate continually-and make sure it is done in a consistent manner.
It is also imperative that your brand image holds fast to your organization’s mission and since ideally, the mission and vision focus on a deep consumer need that the organization has unique abilities to meet. The entire organization should be designed to deliver on that mission and vision. Yes, the business' financial model must make sense. And yes, the organization must change over time to adapt to changes in the market. But, the underlying sense of mission and vision must not falter.
If you do this, there will be no stopping you in your ascendancy within your market space.

Believing in something is sometimes easier said than done. I have come acros alot of individuals who believe with no action and that annoys me. So I do agree that, we need to believe and really take action for any branding to take place. Otherwise, it will be just lip service for all to work towards branding.
To tell you the truth, there's nothing easy in the real world. You have to work for what you want. Yes believing is easy but not everybody will do what they say. So, for people who walks the talk are half way to the STAR. And get this to your head, "JUST DO IT"
Believing can be a motivation or a kick start to be a real deal. Like how kids believe in Santa Clause and Boogyman. But when they grow up, they stop believing it and the feeling of excitement of Christmas in a way, become lesser then before. To branding yourself, you need to believe first.
It comes to my knowledge recently on how important branding is to an organization. Believe it or not, some organizations talk and talk but never consistently walk the talk. Commitment is all that it takes.
alot of people think that company’s branding nothing got to do with them. Think about it. Who form a company?
I agree with most of the comments here. Believing is easy, living it is NOT. Most people in this world believe in God, believe in doing good things. But how many of us really do it? Sadly not many. But those who do will be rewarded greatly.
I'm so fortunate to be have a team that DO have what it takes.

My boss will always tell us, "die die also must get it done", translation, if you promise something to be delivered at a said time and date, get it done at the said time and date or else don't promise the sky! This will tell you if you have got it or not!
